DAVID MCILHENNEY
As a child, I was surrounded by much older family members. I spent most holidays with people that were all in their 50s 60s and 70s. I noticed how they lacked energy, strength, balance and overall vigor! A few years later I made a friend with a guy who was also in his 60s. However, he did not act or look like my relatives. He had an abundance of energy and looked 20 years younger than his age. I asked him what he did on a regular basis to keep in such good shape.
He told me about the daily exercise and nutritional regime he took on. I was inspired and started my own fitness journey at 16. By age 19 I accumulated enough knowledge to start training others. Although I did make a lot of mistakes at that young age, I formed a love for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
